What counts as an active asset?
A device that reported at least one position during the billing month. Devices in stock, suspended or decommissioned are not charged.
Is there an implementation fee?
No. Brand setup, the domain and initial training are included in every plan.
What if my customer leaves?
When you drop a tier the price adjusts on the next cycle. There is no penalty for reducing the base.
Can I migrate from another platform?
Yes. We bring assets, history and configuration. The migration scope is defined in the initial assessment.
Is publishing the apps charged separately?
Development and setup are included from the Professional plan. The Apple and Google developer accounts you take out yourself, in your own name.
What happens if I decide to leave?
We hand over your full database in an open format. There is no data retention and no termination penalty.
