Real-time tracking

The Vortex map is where the operation starts. It receives each device's frame, normalises it regardless of manufacturer and renders it on a map that handles tens of thousands of assets at once without slowing down.

What it includes

It is not a read-only map: from there you dispatch, open a camera, send a command to the device, close an event or share a position with a third party through a temporary link.

How it works

Protocol normalisation

Every manufacturer speaks differently. Vortex translates more than 1,200 models into a single data model, so a report or a rule behaves the same with a Teltonika, a Queclink or a Suntech. When we certify a new device it shows up across the platform with no change on your side.

Latency and volume

The ingestor accepts frames over TCP, UDP and HTTP, queues them and processes them asynchronously. That absorbs reporting peaks without losing positions and keeps the map current whether the fleet grows from a hundred to a hundred thousand devices.

Full traceability

Every position is stored with its original frame. If a customer disputes a trip, a speeding event or a stop, you can reconstruct exactly what the device reported and when it reached the server.
