API, webhooks and integrations
No operation lives inside a single tool. Vortex exposes everything it does through an API so the ERP, WMS, TMS or billing system can consume the information with no manual step.
What it includes
Where querying is not enough, webhooks push the event instantly: a geofence entry can trigger billing or release an order in another system.
- REST API with token authentication and permission scoping
- Webhooks per event type with automatic retry
- Interactive documentation and sandbox
- Per-customer usage limits, visible in the panel
- Connectors with ERP, WMS, TMS and billing
- Bulk data import and export
- Single sign-on via SAML and OAuth
- Call log for debugging
How it works
Designed to integrate
The API is not a late addition: the platform itself consumes it. Everything you can do in the interface has its equivalent, with the same validation and the same permissions.
Reliable webhooks
If your endpoint does not answer, Vortex retries with growing backoff and keeps the queue. An event is not lost because your server happened to be restarting.
Sandbox
A separate space with simulated data so the development team can integrate without touching the live operation or consuming production quota.
