How it works

Maintenance that triggers itself

Odometer and engine hours come from the GPS device itself, not from manual entry. When the vehicle crosses the plan threshold the work order is created automatically and assigned to the right workshop.

Documentation under control

Insurance, roadworthiness, policies, licences and permits with their expiry date and attached file. Vortex warns as far ahead as you define and can block the assignment of a vehicle whose document has lapsed.

Real costs

Fuel, maintenance, tyres, tolls, fines and depreciation consolidate per asset, per group and per period. That is the figure you need to decide whether a vehicle stays in the fleet or gets replaced.
