Monitoring centre and security
A monitoring centre does not need a pretty map: it needs a prioritised event queue, a protocol per alert type and the certainty that nothing is dropped at shift change.
What it includes
Vortex ships the operator console with queue-based handling, step-by-step guided protocols, a log of every action and response-time measurement per operator and per event type.
- Prioritised event queue with per-operator assignment
- Guided protocols by alert type
- Complete log of actions and calls
- Panic button opening audio and video
- Progressive engine lock with confirmation
- Shift handover with pending events
- Response and closure time measurement
- Wall view for the monitoring room
How it works
Protocols, not improvisation
Every event type has its script: who to call, in what order, what to verify before escalating. The operator follows the steps on screen and each one is logged with its timestamp.
Responsible immobilisation
Engine cut-off is never immediate or arbitrary. Vortex requires confirmation, checks the vehicle is below a safe speed and records who authorised the action.
The shift loses nothing
At handover, open events pass to the next operator with their full history. No alert evaporates in the change.
