Order and delivery management
Between the order and the invoice there is a driver with a phone. Vortex closes that gap: the order lands in the app, the driver records the evidence and the status returns to the system with no calls and no photos over messaging.
What it includes
The end customer gets their own tracking link, with the estimated arrival window and the vehicle's position when it is close.
- Order creation manually, by file or by API
- Automatic assignment by proximity, load or zone
- Delivery evidence: signature, photo, barcode, note
- Typified non-delivery reasons
- Tracking link for the recipient
- Automatic near-arrival notification
- Cash on delivery with payment method recorded
- Fulfilment indicators per route and per driver
How it works
Evidence that settles disputes
On-screen signature, photo of the delivered parcel, barcode scan and the coordinate of the moment. All tied to the order, with device time and server time so traceability does not depend on the phone's clock.
Works without signal
The app stores evidence locally and syncs when coverage returns. In rural areas or basements the driver is not left waiting on data.
The customer stops calling
The tracking link answers the question behind most calls to the service centre. It cuts call centre load without exposing the rest of the operation.
